Hi,
I’m Scott Mebberson - co-founder of Time Stream.
I’ve been a long term user of the pomodoro technique, but I’ve always struggled to use it with a physical timer and pen and paper - to be honest though, it’s not the actual timer that’s the problem, it’s the management of tasks and planning and recording what time you spent where. So we built Time Stream.
We’ve built other pomodoro timers in the past, but this time, we wanted to make something fast and light and privacy respecting.
A lot of people take using cloud-based applications for granted in terms of privacy, trusting them to handle your data appropriately and configure their systems so they’re secure.
Myself and the Time Stream team use the product daily and it has helped us to evolve the product into something we all love to use on a daily basis.
It’s got a lot of features today, but we’re planning on adding more. A dashboard is just around the corner and then we’ll start working giving you more insights into your estimated vs actual time worked.
